It can operate independently or be integrated with software via network connection. Even during network outages or computer shutdowns, the controller continues to function reliably, ensuring uninterrupted security.

This controller integrates RFID and QR Code technologies, supporting MIFARE IC cards compliant with ISO14443A international standards. It can read both UID and stored data, offering versatile decoding formats. In addition to card reading, it features a built‑in barcode scanner for rapid QR Code recognition. With the dedicated mobile app, users can generate encrypted dynamic QR Codes, enabling secure and convenient smartphone‑based access.

Equipped with a 4.3‑inch color touch LCD, HAC‑300QM clearly displays date, time, user name, card number, and system status. Icons and indicators provide real‑time feedback on valid or invalid cards, communication status, capacity usage, and door anomalies, complemented by buzzer alerts. Its graphical menu and reinforced glass panel with virtual keys — including random numeric keypad, shift keys, and doorbell key — deliver intuitive and secure operation.

On the system side, it supports TCP/IP, RS485, and Wiegand communication interfaces, with both active transmission and polling mechanisms for compatibility across different management systems. HAC‑300QM can store up to 80,000 authorized cards and 100,000 event records, offering multiple access methods such as card, card plus PIN, QR Code, and password entry. Built‑in RTC with lithium backup battery ensures data retention for up to 180 days during power outages.

The controller provides comprehensive scheduling and attendance functions, supporting 256 access time zones, holiday settings, shift schedules, and bell schedules — ideal for enterprises and organizations. Security alarms include door ajar alerts, storage capacity warnings, repeated card use, forced entry, tamper detection, blacklist alerts, and duress alarms.

Hardware design allows connection to an additional reader for dual‑side control, with Anti‑passback to prevent re‑entry or card misuse. It also supports online firmware updates and Watch‑Dog monitoring for system stability. Operating on DC 12–24V with a maximum current of just 500mA, HAC‑300QM combines durability with energy efficiency.
