The
returned merchandise is determined to be out of
warranty, (Note: The product is to be returned at
customer’s expense) when:
1.
The product is found to be defective after warranty
expires.
2.
The factory-supplied serial number has been removed or
alteration on the product.
3.
Cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident,
misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of
the product.
4.
Damage due to improper operation or maintenance,
connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by
anyone other than Hundure.
5.
Product is damaged due to improper package during
transit to Hundure
Product
out of warranty is subject to a test and inspection fee
and is not refundable if the customer chooses not to
have the product repaired by Hundure afterwards.Actual
repair charge is to be provided by Hundure to the
customer after the test and inspection process has been
completed.The test and inspection fee varies according
