HUNDURE RMA POLICY

Hundure Technology Co., Ltd. offers customers repair or replacement service of defective products covered by our warranty terms and conditions. It is recommended that customers seek technical supports and trouble shooting prior to any returns to save possible cost and time.

PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY

1. All returned merchandise must be approved by Hundure.Please fill out the RMA request form and send to Hundure to obtain an RMA number.

2. Attach a copy of complete RMA request form (with Authorized RMA number) inside the package being returned.

3. To save handling time, please mark the RMA Number on a visible place of the return package.

4. It is suggested to return merchandise via a carrier which can provide proof of delivery. Customer will be responsible for items lost during transit.

5. Ship the package with freight prepaid.Customer is responsible for one-way return freight charges.

6. Customer holds the responsibility for proper packaging and shipping of product to Hundure. Customer will be responsibility of items damaged during transit.

7. If the returned merchandise is within warranty period, Hundure will be responsible for all parts and labor necessary to repair or replace the product to its proper operating condition consistent with Hundure’s product specifications.Hundure offers one-way freight charge for return shipment to the customer.

PRODUCT OUT OF WARRANT

The returned merchandise is determined to be out of warranty, (Note: The product is to be returned at customer’s expense) when:

1. The product is found to be defective after warranty expires.

2. The factory-supplied serial number has been removed or alteration on the product.

3. Cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of the product.

4. Damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than Hundure.

5. Product is damaged due to improper package during transit to Hundure

Product out of warranty is subject to a test and inspection fee and is not refundable if the customer chooses not to have the product repaired by Hundure afterwards.Actual repair charge is to be provided by Hundure to the customer after the test and inspection process has been completed.The test and inspection fee varies according to repair models:
