1. Please check if you are using duplicate IP.
2. Please ping converter's IP under DOS prompt to check if the converter is connected with reader. If you are unable to ping converter's IP, please try to amend IP address unver converter's program.
3. Amend converter IP under ETM.EXE and set it to the same network field of your system.
Note: Each device should have unique IP address.
4. Determine if the converter is single-port or double-port. A double-port converter has 2 output port. Please make sure if it is Port 1 or Port 2. Port 1: 4660. Port 2: 4661. 5. If problems persist, please contact your dealer for support. |
