How to connect PC with RTA700 through RS485

1. You need a RS232 to RS485 converter. Hundure model is EPC-402.
2. Make sure device jumper is set to RS485 mode.
3. RS-485 should be connected with RTA700's PIN4 and PIN6 .
4. After connecting, please check TD and RD LED of EPC-402 flashes during data retrieval.
-- If TD LED did not flash, check system setting.
-- If TD LED flashes, but RD LED did not, check wiring connection.
-- If TD and RD LED flashed but the connection is not established, kindly contact your dealer for support.

CMD Initialization

[30191000]→[99]→[2]→[2]→[30191000] *Initialization will require you to re-set settings since all data will be deleted. 600/650/700(Old model)-[30191000]→[F1+▲]→[2]→[2]→[30191000]

Wiring Connection

RS232→PIN2 connect TXD,PIN3 connect RXD ,PIN5 connect GND. RS485→PIN1connect 485- ,PIN2 connect 485+ *The cable mentioned above is a standard 9-pin connector. RS485 needs to be connected with EPC402 or TCP/IP Converter.
