The system cannot detect RAC-900.

1. Check wiring connection.
2. Check the communication mode of Jumper 3, 4 and 5.
3. Check if communication LED flashes.
4. Determine the Node ID. Please press 2329258300-> Enter. Controller will display the Node ID.
5. Check the software's settings. 

I lost my master card.

Retrieve master card no. from the RMS software. 
Under Set up-> Node set up-> Controller Settings →Sytem Setup-> Read/Write Master Card

The screen displays "case" message and the device continuously beeps.

The reader housing tamper-proof sensor has been triggered, enter the disarm code '0000'.

The screen displays "secu" message.

If user did not set "security" mode and the screen displays "secu"message, then RAC-900 hardware reinitialization is required to restore factory default settings. Before you initialize the device, you need to download data first. Otherwise all your data will be lost.

How do I set the Node ID.?

[30191000]→[00]→[Enter Node ID: 1~255]→Press ENTER to quit CMD Mode.

The door failed to open after swiping a valid card.

1. Confirm the device's message with the following:

(1) Access Denied：Re-download user authorization.
(2) Time zone error : Wrong time zone settings, swiping of card not allowed.
(3) Holiday：Holiday is set, authorization required.
(4) Secu.or User lock：Security mode is set, need to disarm security.
(5) Anti mode：Anti-pass back access control mode is set.

If the message is 'Access Granted', then there must be some problems with the Door relay. Press 119 to check if the Door relay and Alarm relay are properly functioning, If not, kindly send the device back to your dealer for repair. Disarm Alarm by entering '0000'.
