What are the causes of SRAM Error and how do I troubleshoot it?

1. Check if the battery is leaking or if the power is low.

2. Unstable power source or too much noise in the environment, add a voltage stabilizer.

3. The memory might have been disorganized due to long, frequent usage. Initialize the memory to factory default setting.

Readers has no response though the keypads and cards are functioning well.

1. Re-initialize system. 

2. If re-initialization did not solve the problem, please unplug the power and wait after 30 seconds to plug. 

3. If problems persists, contact with your dealer for a replacement of the reader head. 

Keypad is not functioning properly.

1. Check if the system locked the keypad, if yes, unlock it. 

2. Re-initialize system.

3. Check if device is uploading or downloading data, use the keypad after the upload/download process is complete

Master Card could not operate command function.

1. Check if the master card no. has been altered in the system. 
2. If you do not know master card number, please retrieve master card no. from the RMS software. 

I cannot use the master card.

Please initialize the system to obtain default setting. The default master code is 30191000. Please refer to the user manual on how to set master card no.

CMD Initialization

30191000]→[99]→[2]→[2]→[30191000] *Initialization will require you to reset settings since all data will be deleted.

Wiring Connection
