The system cannot detect the controller.

1. Verify RAC2000G/P wiring connection.

2. Check interface jumper (RS232 or RS485) 

3. Verify NODE ID. NODE ID can be determined by setting of the DIP Switch. Please check manual to get setting regulation.
For example: Turn 1 ON for Node ID 1
Turn 2 ON for Node ID 2
Turn 1、3 ON for Node ID 5

4. Check for the software's settings.

The swiped card date retrieved from the controller is disorganized.

The controller was not initialized after installation. Kindly initialize the controller. 

How can I initialize RAC2000G/P?

1. Turn on the power. 

2. Press RESET Button.

3. Set Jumper 12- JP12 from HW to Initial Mode. 

3. Controller continuously beeps.

4. Set Jumper 12 - JP12 back to Normal Mode.
